A love of sunshine and salty air drew Dawn Krueger to Florida from Wisconsin, after being a life-long resident in the Midwest. Dawn earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications & Marketing from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota. She began her career working in advertising where serendipity led her to sales, stemming from her passion and enthusiasm for helping others. Her outstanding work ethic combined with that passion for helping has resulted in an award-winning career with Clear Channel Media/iHeartMedia and successfully running her own website and SEO business, New Sky.
Dawn has been a Florida Realtor® for years, passionately using her extensive marketing and business experience to help customers reach their real estate goals. Along with resale homes, Dawn is a new construction specialist with a sharp eye for detail who enjoys representing buyers and helping with all the details that come with building a new home. She is tough when necessary, but her kindness and outstanding communication are what her customers notice! Dawn has purchased, renovated, and sold several homes herself as well - sometimes taking them down to the studs. This experience has caused Dawn to develop exceptional skills for visualizing the potential in a property, supervising construction projects, and managing renovation budgets. Her marketing skills, energy, and attention to detail have helped her stylize and sell those homes. Dawn has the distinguished Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a licensed Realtor® and member of Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Dawn specializes in the Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Fort Myers real estate markets, and has extensive experience working with developers and new construction.
During her free time, Dawn enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, boating, kayaking, participating in Bible study, and being nudged by her Golden Retriever to come and play. Over the years, she has been active at church helping with the Children’s Ministry and First Impressions team. Dawn also supports charitable organizations such as YoungLife, SWFL Ladies with a Cause, World Vision, and Summit Church.
