This course covers topics like Title Deed Fraud, Cyber Fraud, Identity theft and ways to detect fraud early on in the real estate transaction. It helps Realtors understand now more than ever the vendors they choose to work with should have methods in place to help prevent fraud. The course instructs agents conversations they should have with both buyer/seller to help them become aware of Real Estate Criminals.
