September Membership Breakfast

Friday, September 11, 2026 (8:30 AM - 11:00 AM) (EDT)

Description

YOUR CITY. YOUR ASSOCIATION. YOUR VOICE.

Start your Friday with breakfast, meaningful connections and two timely conversations that directly affect our members: who will help lead CCOR in 2027—and what is happening next in Bonita Springs.

2027 CCOR BOARD VOTING

The proposed 2027 Board of Directors slate is here, and every CCOR REALTOR® and Affiliate member has a vote.

Online voting will open in early September. Watch for your ballot and voting instructions, review the proposed leadership slate and make your voice count in shaping the association’s next year.

Even if you cast your ballot online before September 11, we hope you’ll join us for the breakfast. This is a chance to connect with fellow members, hear association updates and be part of the CCOR community as we look ahead to 2027.

FEATURED SPEAKER: NIGEL P. FULLICK
Bonita Springs City Council, District 5

What is changing in Bonita Springs—and what should REALTORS®, property owners and local businesses be paying attention to?

Councilman Nigel Fullick will join us for a timely community update focused on:

• Updates and current priorities in Bonita Springs
• The Bonita Estero Rail Trail (BERT) and what happens next
• BERT funding and the connection to ad valorem property taxes
• Property-tax implications and what local property owners should understand
• The local issues and projects shaping Bonita Springs moving forward

The goal is simple: give our members useful local context they can carry into conversations with clients, customers and the community.

ABOUT NIGEL FULLICK

Nigel P. Fullick has represented District 5 on the Bonita Springs City Council since 2022. A U.S. Army veteran and Florida Atlantic University graduate, Nigel’s career has included law enforcement, national business leadership and decades in the mortgage industry. He has also held leadership and board roles with organizations including the Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwest Florida, Habitat for Humanity of Palm Beach County, the Bonita Springs Center for the Arts and other Southwest Florida community organizations.

His combination of public service, mortgage-industry experience and long-standing community involvement gives him a particularly relevant perspective for CCOR members navigating the intersection of local government, housing and real estate.

WHY JOIN US?

Come for the breakfast.
Come for the city update.
Come to reconnect with fellow REALTORS® and Affiliates.
And most importantly, stay connected to the decisions shaping both your association and the community you serve.

We’d love to have you in the room.
