Primary, Second and Investment Home Purchases (3CE)

Description

Learning Outcome: The Realtor will understand how Mortgage Lenders view a Primary vs a Secondary and Investment home purchase. Also, the Realtor will gain an understanding why this is so important when writing an offer to purchase. Moreover, the Realtor will understand the problems which could exist buying a home as a second home compared to an investment. Furthermore, there are condo investment purchases which will not qualify for conventional financing. This will become clear when reviewing condo reviews and their restrictions with too many investment ownerships within the project. In short, the Realtor will have a complete understanding of the importance on knowing what the buyer's intentions are upfront, in order to prevent future problems during the transaction.
