We’re excited to launch our new Advisory Council—a dynamic team dedicated to promoting member awareness, engagement, and feedback across a range of BER initiatives. Covering essential work group topics—from Events and Global Diversity to Government Affairs, Professional Development, Realtor Safety, RPAC, and YPN—this council is poised to shape our Association’s future in meaningful ways.

How Does It Work?

• Flexible Participation: Council members can choose which work groups to join, contributing to efforts they’re passionate about.
• Leadership Involvement: Our President appoints the Chair, Vice Chair, and work group leads—ensuring strong direction and collaboration.
