Buddy Delozier brings more than four decades of expertise to his role as a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Bonita Springs office. His extensive background in custom home building, design-build project management, and real estate sales positions him as a seasoned professional uniquely qualified to guide customers through every aspect of homeownership. From groundbreaking to closing, Buddy’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction has made him a trusted name in residential development and luxury real estate.

Originally from Altoona, Pennsylvania, Buddy studied at Georgia Southern University and later completed a master certification in project management at Boston College. After entering the industry in the early 1980s, he went on to design and build more than 250 custom homes across Hilton Head Island and the Greater Greenville area of South Carolina. His early understanding of the value of design precision and construction efficiency led to industry recognition, with two of his builds honored by the South Carolina Home Builders Association’s prestigious Pinnacle Awards.

A pioneer in sustainable home design, Buddy was ahead of his time in exploring energy efficiency before the Energy Star program became mainstream. His achievements include earning LEED Accredited Professional status through the U.S. Green Building Council, becoming a certified HERS Rater and BPI Green Building professional, and serving as a project manager for the "Help My House" initiative through the Electric Cooperatives of South Carolina.

Buddy’s career is further enriched by his experience as a certified home inspector through the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), operating a successful inspection company for a decade and performing thousands of inspections. As a licensed real estate professional since 2010, he has seamlessly merged his technical knowledge with his passion for helping customers envision and realize their dream homes. His keen eye for architectural potential and construction quality gives his customers a distinct advantage in both buying and selling.

With a wealth of industry certifications — including Certified Luxury Home Agent, LEED AP, and Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker — Buddy is a member of Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. He served as vice president of the Home Builders Association of Greenville, was a long-standing member of the Home Builders Association of Hilton Head and was a National Home Builders Association Green Building Professional in 2010. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Ninja Selling program.

Having relocated from South Carolina to Arizona and now settled in Fort Myers, Florida, the Deloziers have embraced the coastal lifestyle and continue to share their wealth of knowledge with customers seeking exceptional properties along Florida’s coast.

Outside of real estate, Buddy enjoys yoga, power walking, and traveling across the United States and abroad. He has also served on the board of Emmanuel’s Hammer, a non-profit organization dedicated to rebuilding homes for those in need. His commitment to excellence, community, and lifelong learning continues to shape the way he approaches his work, with purpose, precision, and passion.
