A native of Rochester, New York, Tessa worked in New York City for 12 years prior to moving to Bonita Springs and brought with her a wealth of experience working for a global sports company. Combining her New York hustle and high-energy personality, Tessa has crafted her business utilizing her contract and negotiation skills to structure deals designed to maximize results for her clients.

Since beginning her career in real estate in 2009, Tessa has sold an impressive collection of million-dollar, single-family homes and condos in some of the most elite communities in the area. Her success can be attributed to an unmatched work ethic, unparalleled customer and concierge service, and exceptional marketing that consistently exceeds expectations.

Along with her husband and one additional business partner, they opened Local Real Estate in 2018 servicing all of South West Florida.
