A real estate professional since1988, Teresa specializes in the Bonita Springs, Village of Estero, and Naples markets. She is well respected among her clients for the patient, honest guidance she provides and for her ability to break down the real estate process into an experience that’s manageable, understandable, and even enjoyable, which it should be. 

In 1989, she became general manager of a new construction community in addition to continuing her broad real estate career, where she trained agents and directed/coordinated outside sales.  Teresa then moved on to site sales, where she spent fourteen years working successfully in the new home construction industry specializing in luxury homes and high-rises sales. Those years included two prestigious private golf course communities in Bonita Springs, Bonita Bay and Shadow Wood at The Brooks.  She transitioned into general real estate as a Sales Associate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty and is now with John R. Wood Properties, allowing her to represent The Enclave Of Distinction, an enclave of 26 coastal designed new construction homes.  Since the sell-out of that community, Teresa has concentrated on her actual sales carrier representing past and new clients.

Teresa's ongoing commitment to excellence in real estate is also demonstrated through professional designations that include Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN). John R Wood's Emerald Circle of Excellence and Bonita Springs-Estero Realtors Platinum Sales Excellence Award.
