Gina Delozier is a global real estate advisor with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Bonita Springs office. With a career founded on service, hospitality, and a passion for helping others, Gina brings a unique perspective to real estate, one built on decades of customer-centric experience, keen attention to detail, and a warm, collaborative approach that customers immediately recognize and appreciate.
Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, Gina earned a Bachelor of Science in hotel, restaurant, and tourism management from the University of South Carolina. She began her professional journey in the hospitality industry at the age of 16, later becoming a Certified Food and Beverage Executive and earning numerous accolades for her service and leadership. After becoming a mother, she transitioned into accounting and operations, supporting several establishments with precision and professionalism.
In 2003, Gina and her husband, Buddy, founded Authentic Custom Homes, where she managed accounting and interior design, and played an instrumental role in managing residential design-build projects on Hilton Head Island and in the Greenville area. She was also awarded Best Interior Merchandising by Greenville HBA and honored by the SC HBA Pinnacle Awards alongside Buddy.
Their shared vision for creating beautiful, efficient, and personalized living spaces became the foundation of their success and eventually inspired a natural transition into real estate. Together, they have cultivated a dynamic husband-and-wife team, combining over 40 years of building expertise with exceptional real estate service.
Gina became a licensed REALTOR® in Arizona in 2023, joining the respected Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty brand. She also completed the intensive Ninja Installation training in Scottsdale in 2024, further refining her skills in relationship-building, strategic marketing, and value-driven customer service. After three years in the Southwest, Gina and Buddy relocated to Fort Myers, Florida, to return to the East Coast lifestyle they love and to be closer to family. Now with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty, Gina is thrilled to offer her buyers and sellers expert guidance in one of Florida’s most desirable coastal markets.
With designations including Certified Buyer Agent Expert (CBAE) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Gina is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS®, Tucson Association of REALTORS®, and the Home Builders Association of Greenville. Outside of her professional endeavors, Gina treasures her time with family. She and Buddy have four grown children and four grandchildren, and they share a love for their two beloved spaniels, Bo and Bella. They are also avid world travelers. An advocate for well-being, Gina practices yoga regularly and enjoys walking local trails, entertaining friends, and exploring new culinary creations. Her welcoming nature, paired with her dedication and experience, creates a seamless and enjoyable real estate journey for every customer she serves.
