Being a ful time resident of Bonita Springs since 2019, David wil be quick to reaffirm your decision to purchase a home in this area. He is often quoted saying, "This area is a paradise!" A paradise because of the beaches, the mangroves, the Gulf waters and the people that have chosen to live in this area that share a sense of pride and love of community that you don't find in other areas. David specifically entered the real estate business to help others find their paradise.

David grew up in Pennsylvania, received three aviation related degrees from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, located in Daytona Beach, Florida and went on to fly airplanes for the next 44 years, 37 of those years living in Minnesota, flying for Northwest Airlines, which eventually merged into Delta Airlines. David's many years of international flying has granted him a unique perspective on the world and real estate. As Captain, it was his responsibility to safely deliver thousands of passengers to their destinations and he wil apply that same professionalism to make sure that your real estate needs are fulfilled to your complete satisfaction.
