Angela Parker is a seasoned real estate professional with more than three decades of experience. Angela is the CEO, Co-Founder & Broker of Local Real Estate LLC, a boutique brokerage serving Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Hendry, and Sarasota counties. She has led at every level of brokerage operations including residential sales, property management, commercial divisions, recruiting and training. From individual production to multi office oversight, she has built structured, profitable, high performing organizations.
Angela’s career began with momentum. In her first year she produced over five million dollars in sales and earned Rookie of the Year honors. Recognized early for her leadership ability, she quickly moved into executive roles. 
For more than three decades, Angela has opened more than twenty five real estate offices across multiple states and leading large scale growth and expansion initiatives. 
In 2018, Angela and her business partner launched Local Real Estate LLC with a vision to build an agent centric brokerage where a culture of excellence and professional integrity forms the cornerstone of the organization. The firm has grown intentionally, strengthening its footprint across Southwest Florida and expanding services in residential, luxury property management, and commercial real estate.
Angela is widely recognized as a builder of top producing teams. Through structured business planning and performance tracking, she helps agents move from transactional production to scalable, sustainable businesses. She believes most agents operate below their potential due to lack of structure and clarity, not talent. Her coaching strategies focus on clear financial targets, consistent lead generation, accountability, and leadership development that creates predictable results.
She currently serves as the 2026 Florida Realtors District 5 Vice President, was the 2023 President of the Bonita Springs Estero Realtors Association and 2006 President of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Myers and the Beach Inc. She also served as Chairperson of the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce in 2005.
