Core Law (3CE)

The "Core Law - Minimize the Legal Risk" course offers 3 hours of CE credit and fulfills the 3-hour CORE LAW requirement for a 14-hour license renewal. It provides an advanced understanding of real estate law, helping licensees identify and comprehend legal issues, which aids in better customer interactions and reduces legal risks for themselves and brokers. The course isn't meant to make participants legal experts but to enhance their ability to navigate legal paperwork, disclose and document information, anticipate buyer's remorse, and avoid liability and false expectations. The instructor is Ned Hale.

Understanding the Condo Review Process (3CE)
