2025 Sales Excellence Award Submission

Bonita Springs – Estero REALTORS® wishes to recognize those board & MLS members who have sold real estate successfully in 2025 (Jan 1, 2025-Dec 31, 2025).  Please complete the information below and return this form to the BER office anytime no later than 4:30 p.m. on February 6, 2026.  Review the rules on the application before completing it. 

SAME AS LAST YEAR, THERE WILL BE A CASUAL COCKTAIL AND NETWORKING EVENT WITH PHOTO OPS WITH YOUR AWARD. WE WILL NOT BE DOING A FORMAL PRESENTATION CALLING INDIVIDUAL NAMES.  DATE OF EVENT IS FEBRUARY 25TH FROM 3:30-5:30 PM AT ROBB & STUCKY IN FORT MYERS.

There is no charge for award winners to attend the event or apply for the award thanks to our sponsors. YOU MUST APPLY TO QUALIFY.  You will not automatically be considered.  


The Gold category applies to those BER Board & MLS members who have a closed sales volume for 2025 of five million dollars or more in real property transfers or have 25 closed sides. 

The Platinum category is for those BER Board & MLS members who have achieved ten million dollars closed sales volume and above in real property transfers or have 50 closed sides in the 2025 calendar year.

The Diamond category is for those BER Board & MLS members who have achieved twenty million dollars closed sales volume and above in real property transfers or have 75 closed sides in the 2025 calendar year.


The application fee to apply for the Sales Excellence Award is FREE. This includes a glass trophy and attendance at the award event.  Please read the rules and submit all items on the checklist to be considered.   

Rules for Application

  1. Applicants will provide a .jpg photo to B.E.R. to accompany recognition in the media about your award, a website address for a live link from our website, and a signed Broker MLS volume sheet showing the selling sales volume.  If you need help in generating this, please contact MLS@BERealtors.org.  If you have a residential sale that was not recorded in the MLS, you will need to enter it as Sold Data Entry.
  1. Brokers will be sent completed forms on a spreadsheet to review for accuracy.
  1. B.E.R. reserves the right to audit any applicants to verify the closed volume.   If asked, the Agent will supply the proper documents to verify residential sales. If the claim cannot be verified, that office and that agent cannot submit any application for the next two years.
  1. Applications must be submitted to the BER office via this application no later than 4:30pm February 6, 2025.  Please do not submit paper forms.  Brokers submitting bulk applications for their office may contact MLS@BERealtors.org for assistance.  
  1. If an agent changes companies within the year, the current broker may sign, provided the agent provides proof of sales for the year to that broker.
  1.  Applicants must be a Primary/Secondary Member of BER AND a member of the BER MLS during the year of the award and at time of application. Membership in the BER MLS only does not qualify an applicant, nor does board-only membership.
  1. Applicant must not have any outstanding financial obligations to any Board or Association.  (ex. Arbitration, fines, Dues, MLS Fees, etc.)
  1. Recognition is given to each team member individually who achieves $5 million in closed volume or 50 closed sides.  For example, if a team does $16 million they may submit 3 applications (3x5) with $1 million left over. Please indicate if so. Awards will not be given in the name of a team, individuals only.
  1.  The dollar volume is what is shown on the CD/LE Statement from the closing, not the list price.
  1.  Any real property transfers will be factored into sales volumes that were entered into the BER MLS for compensation and cooperation.  New home construction (closed sales only) will be shown on the broker’s sales report for the year and should be indicated as such.  Referral and rental compensation will not be considered.  Out of state transactions do not apply for dual licensed agents.  
  1.  Applicants shall refrain from advertising their award until they have been verified and have received recognition.
  2. In order to receive credit, all transactions completed in the SWFLAMLS Geo-Code market area must be entered into the MLS as closed OR as a Sold Data Entry for FSBO's, off market listings, and new construction.  Below is a link on how to add a Sold Data Entry into Matrix.  .https://scribehow.com/viewer/How_to_Add_a_Sold_Data_Entry__sCra99cZRq-ErXFXmVqCnA
  3. If your application is returned to BER after February 6, 2026, there will be a $25 late fee incurred if you wish to be acknowledged.

The event will be held at Robb & Stucky in Fort Myers at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, February 25th.  There is no charge to attend.  There is a small $5 fee for guests.  The registration link will pop up upon completion of this form.
