Final MLS Billing Reminder
MLS billing finalizes on May 31, 2026. Starting June 1, a $25 late fee will apply. MLS service will be discontinued on July 1 for unpaid accounts, and reactivation will require a $50 reactivation fee.
Please log in to the Member Portal and pay your invoice before the deadline to avoid late fees or service interruption.

Leadership opportunity
2027 Consent to Serve Application
The 2027 Consent to Serve Application is now open. Members who are interested in serving in CCOR leadership, on the Board of Directors, as committee or workgroup leaders, or as Florida Realtors voting directors are encouraged to review the eligibility requirements and submit an application.
Applications are due by June 30. Applicants will be interviewed by the Leadership Development Committee, and a slate will be formed and voted on by electronic voting. Interviews are expected to take place in early July.

Eligibility snapshot
Eligibility includes being a member in good standing, meeting membership and MLS subscriber requirements, completing Code of Ethics requirements, having no outstanding financial obligations, and demonstrating service through committees or workgroups. Leadership Academy graduation and committee chair experience are encouraged for certain roles.
