Reciprocal Listing Application

Please complete this form to be able to input a listing into BER MLS which covers Lee and Collier counties as well as some outlying areas.  After the application has been approved, paid, and processed, you will receive a link from Clareity Assure.  This link allow you to input your listing, edit, and close your listing.  BER MLS admin will be notified when the listing is ready to go live.  BER MLS rules are available for you to review here: https://www.bonitaesterorealtors.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/2024-Working-MLS-Rules.pdf

Next Steps After Submission:

1. Processing Time:

    - Your application typically takes 24-48 hours to approve and process, depending on demand.

2. Account Setup:

    - Upon approval, you will receive an email from BER@Corelogic.com.

    - This email contains:

        - Your username

        - The MLS website link

        - A secure password creation link

3. Creating Your Password:

    - Password requirements:

        - At least 6 characters

        - Includes at least 1 special character and 1 number

        - Should not reflect your name or personal information

4. Entering Your Listing:

    - Log in to the MLS and navigate to the Input Section.

    - Add your listing using either the PID number or relevant tax information.

    - Important: Regularly click "Submit" to ensure your listing is saved properly.

5. Activating Your Listing:

    - When your listing is fully entered and ready for activation, select "Ready to Activate".

    - BER MLS staff will receive a notification to review the listing for compliance with MLS rules before it goes live.

6. Managing Your Listing:

    - After activation, you can manage your listing (edits, status changes, closures) throughout its duration.

7. Completion & Account Deactivation:

    - Upon completion of your listing, your MLS account will be deactivated.


Additional Listings:

- The reciprocal listing fee is a one-time $200 per listing

- To input additional listings, please contact us directly at MLS@BERealtors.org. Do not fill out this form multiple times.
