Broker Application with MLS Office

Read Carefully to ensure you are choosing the correct membership for you.

For Brokers who are making this their Primary Board with MLS Access:
- You must select Office MLS, Designation Realtor & Individual MLS.

For Brokers who are making this their Secondary Board with MLS Access:
- You must select Office MLS, Secondary Designated Realtor & Individual MLS.

Please note - the billing details provide an overview but are not the final total. Your total will be prorated by our membership based on the Letter of Good Standing provided by your previous board. Please select the "Invoice Me" option on page 2 and we will send the corrected invoice.

Office MLS & Individual MLS is required to allow agents in your office to receive MLS access.'

Office MLS $834 Semiannually + $350.00 One-Time Fee

Office MLS membership type is for the broker of record to use when wanting an MLS feed for their brokerage firm. Brokers understand that all agents must have MLS with an MLS which they subscribe to when on their roster. Office MLS fees are billed bi-annually.

Designated REALTOR® $542 Annually + $300.00 One-Time Fee

Select this option if you are the broker owner/managing broker for a firm. Brokers will choose to have Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS as their primary board or secondary. If you are wanting to have MLS with BER, please select MLS office as well as individual MLS for yourself. NAR MLS rules state that the broker must also be a participant as well as a subscriber.

Individual MLS $240 Annually + $20.00 One-Time Fee

Select this membership type if you are realtor or broker member and your broker is a participant in the BER MLS. NAR requires that realtors must have an MLS membership if on the broker roster. You may not have MLS membership if you are not a member of a local board.

Secondary Designated REALTOR® $195 Annually
