BER Home Foundation Assistance Request Form

We are sorry to see you in a state of crisis but happy that you have decided to come the BER Home Foundation for assistance. Individuals eligible for assistance will include any natural person who can demonstrate that he or she or an immediate family member has encountered severe personal (non-business) financial hardship due to a prolonged illness, catastrophic event or accident, or similar occurrence beyond their control.

-Must have been a member of BER in good standing for 12 consecutive months or a family member of a qualified BER member.

-Funding limitations shall not exceed $3000 in any 12-month period per individual. For greater assistance, we encourage application to Florida Realtors Silent Angels
