The BER Home Foundation is the 501(C)3 subsidiary company for BER that serves as a non-profit arm with a 3-prong appoach.  #1- To assist members in immediate crisis, #2-support community non-profits in aspects of housing initiatives, and #3 -scholarships for students pursuing real estate as a career.
