How’s the Market? (3CE)

Every REALTOR® gets asked the same question: “How’s the market?” This course helps you answer with confidence, context, and real data instead of relying on headlines, assumptions, or one-size-fits-all talking points.

In How’s the Market?, agents will learn how to better understand and explain the numbers that shape today’s real estate conversations, including median price, days on market, active inventory, closed and pending sales, months’ supply, and local market trends. More importantly, this class will show you how to translate those statistics into clear, practical guidance for buyers and sellers.

Participants will explore how market conditions can vary by property type, price point, neighborhood, and buyer demand, and how to use that information to support pricing conversations, manage client expectations, explain shifting leverage, and create more informed conversations around timing, value, and negotiation strategy.

This class is designed to help REALTORS® become a trusted market resource: the professional who can cut through confusion, explain what the data actually means, and help customers make confident decisions in a changing market.
