NABOR Contract Class-In Person

Description

This class provides a practical overview of the financing and inspection provisions in the NABOR Sales Contract. Attendees will learn how financing contingencies, loan application deadlines, waivers, extensions, and termination rights affect a transaction. The presentation also examines inspection periods, defective inspection items, buyer elections, seller responses, remedial actions, permit issues, and the important distinction between working-condition defects and cosmetic concerns. Real-world forms and contract language will be reviewed to help real estate professionals manage deadlines, advise their customers, and avoid common transaction pitfalls.
