A significant change is coming to residential appraisal reporting! Beginning November 2, 2026, UAD 3.6 will be mandatory for all new appraisal reports submitted to the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP), bringing a redesigned reporting structure and forms, including the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR).

To help prepare Florida REALTORS®, Florida Realtors® is offering this special 60-minute CORE education session via Zoom. Fees for this session have been waived by Florida Realtors® for local association members to ensure everyone has access to this critical, time-sensitive information.

What You'll Learn:

  • Overview of the mandatory UAD 3.6 transition taking effect November 2, 2026
  • The shift from static legacy forms (1004, 1073, etc.) to the new dynamic Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR)
  • Understanding new data fields, property condition ratings, and standardized terminology
  • How listing agents can provide accurate documentation and property details to appraisers to prevent closing delays
  • Best practices for explaining the redesigned appraisal reports to buyers and sellers
