BEST DESIGNATION: Prospecting for and Qualifying Buyers (2CE)

This class will assist the Sales Associate in identifying prospective buyers, understanding their needs, desires, motivations, and financial capacity to buy. This will ultimately lead to a mutual understanding of the buyer's demands.

 

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES On completion of this course, a Sales Associate will be capable of:

• Identifying prospect sources • Screening potential clients • Complying with the CAN-SPAM ACT of 2003 • Determining canvassing regions • Formulating a strategy to keep in touch with potential clients • Recognizing Buyer motivations
