This course will guide participants through effective prospect identification and qualification, with a focus on lawful communication practices as outlined by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Students will learn to establish strategic canvassing areas and develop plans to maintain ongoing contact with prospects, while also exploring techniques to understand buyer motivations.
In this class, participants will acquire the ability to meticulously respond to the diverse needs of buyers and sellers through the development of robust communication skills. The course focuses on understanding and applying effective verbal and non-verbal communication elements, mastering various listening styles, and identifying and overcoming barriers to communication.
