One week away
June Membership Breakfast
Start your morning with CCOR at Spanish Wells for our next Membership Breakfast. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow members, hear organization updates, and gain regional insight from our guest speaker, Carol Obermeier, Director of Air Service Development for the Lee County Port Authority.
Carol will share how air service growth, tourism, business travel, cargo activity, and Southwest Florida International Airport help shape the local economy. For REALTORS®, this is valuable context for relocation conversations, buyer interest, seasonal demand, business growth, and the bigger forces bringing people to our market.

New addition after breakfast
Spanish Wells Community Spotlight
After breakfast, CCOR is planning a Community Spotlight listing preview for members who have time to stay and preview available CCOR member listings within Spanish Wells.
To keep this fair for all members, MJ is contacting BER/CCOR agents with listings in the neighborhood. Because Spanish Wells only allows open houses on Sundays, this will be treated as a professional listing preview opportunity — not a broker open or public open house.
