🏒 Realtors at the Rink — District 5 Networking Night (Everblades)

All District 5 REALTOR® boards are invited to a fun Realtors-at-the-Rink night with the Florida Everblades — bring your agents, business partners, and friends for pre-game networking and hockey at Hertz Arena.

Advisory Council—a dynamic team dedicated to promoting member awareness, engagement, and feedback across a range of BER initiatives. Covering essential work group topics—from Events and Global Diversity to Government Affairs, Professional Development, Realtor Safety, RPAC, and YPN—this council is poised to shape our Association’s future in meaningful ways.

Core Law- Stay Out of Trouble with FREC (3CE)

March 6th, 2026 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (EST)

This class fulfills the 3-hour Core Law requirement and updates Florida real estate licensees on current laws, rules, and common DBPR/FREC enforcement issues. It reviews key pre-licensing topics, newer laws, and recent FREC enforcement trends, including renewal CE requirements and the violation investigation process through final orders. Students also learn what can trigger investigations, license revocation types, differences among laws/rules/declaratory statements, Recovery Fund funding, and other state and federal laws that may result in investigations or major fines.
