Today’s print reminder

Today Is the Bonita Banner Deadline

Today is the Bonita Banner print deadline for BER’s May Open House Weekend campaign. To be considered for the print ad, members should make sure their open house is uploaded in the MLS by 4:00 PM today.

Print ad space is limited to 12 total listings, and featured open houses will be selected at random from eligible MLS submissions, with a limit of one listing per agent. Missing the print deadline does not mean missing the public website. Open houses can still appear on the Open House Weekend webpage after print closes, so members should continue adding their open houses as soon as they are ready. Thank you to the Law Office of Sam J. SAAD III and BER’s year sponsors for helping make this consumer-facing promotion possible.

Print cutoff: Open houses uploaded by 4:00 PM today will be considered for the Bonita Banner print ad.

Print selection: 12 total listings will be selected at random, with a limit of one listing per agent.

Campaign dates: May Open House Weekend runs May 1-3, 2026.

Website note: Missing print does not remove you from the public Open House Weekend webpage opportunity.

Coffee, questions, and real talk

Sips & Tips: Bitchin & Brainstorming

Join us for a casual, relaxed roundtable discussion built around the real estate questions members are actually facing right now. Newer agents can bring the questions they may not want to ask in a formal class, and seasoned agents can share insight, shortcuts, lessons learned, and market perspective in a low-pressure setting.

Bring a question on any real estate topic, drop it into the discussion, and let the group work through it together. This is part refresher, part peer collaboration, and part practical problem-solving over coffee at Waffle Monkey on Old 41 Road in Bonita Springs.

Date/time: Tuesday, April 28, 2026 | 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

Location: Waffle Monkey | 27975 Old 41 Road, Bonita Springs, FL 34135.

Format: Casual fishbowl-style peer Q&A and roundtable discussion.

Best for: Newer agents, seasoned agents, and anyone who wants a useful real estate reset.
