Foreign buyers have bought over $100 billion in U.S. residential property each year for the past three years. This class helps you decide whether to engage more in the global real estate market. Students will learn to define international customers, understand their impact on local markets (including Florida), identify key parts of international transactions, assess currency fluctuation effects, understand regulations affecting foreign buyers and sellers, and use available REALTOR® resources. This course is being offered in a 3-hour format. REALTORS® that are interested in investing in, analyzing, and managing residential real estate should take this course.
