Core Law reviews key Florida real estate licensing concepts, including DBPR, FREC, laws, rules, administrative codes, and updates that affect current practice. The course refreshes important pre-licensing material, explains newer real estate laws and rules, and highlights common violations and disciplinary issues reviewed by DBPR and FREC over the past two years. After completing the class, students will be able to identify continuing education requirements, explain FREC powers, duties, investigations, final orders, possible violations, license revocation types, enforcement tools, Recovery Fund funding, and state or federal laws that may affect real estate licensees.
