Clients age 50+ may be navigating much more than a property transaction. Retirement, downsizing, relocation, changing lifestyle priorities and financial considerations can all shape the decisions surrounding a move.
The SRES® course gives REALTORS® a more specialized framework for understanding those conversations and serving mature buyers and sellers with greater context. Cindy Marsh Tichy will lead this two-day, in-person designation course.

Karaoke meets a little friendly competition.
RPAC Dareoke Night brings CCOR members together for an afternoon of music, costumes, performances and optional Dareoke activities in a relaxed social setting.
Take the mic, bring backup dancers, show up in costume or simply enjoy the performances. Participation is voluntary, and professional singing ability is definitely not required.
