Sips & Tips: New FinCEN Requirements March 24th, 2026 - 10am-12pm Vichino’s Cafe & Wine Bar
Did you know that starting March 1, 2026, FinCEN requires a Real Estate Report for certain non-financed residential transfers to qualifying entities or trusts? In many cases, this means all-cash or similar non-financed deals involving an LLC, trust, or other entity may trigger new reporting requirements, while financed purchases and many individual-buyer transactions generally fall outside the rule. Our guest will walk through what the rule covers, where it commonly comes up, and what REALTORS® should know when these deals surface in the real world.
